Formed way back in 1984' but received little recognition until the mid nineties by which time multiple lineup changes had occurred. Vocalist 'Matt Barlow' is considered the best frontman by far, and it's hard to disagree as he has a great range and plenty of power. The latter half of the 90's and 00's has seen great consistent albums and are considered nothing short of the best 'Power Metal' outfit around today. 'Matt Barlow' left in 2003 to explore other fields and was replaced by former 'Judas Priest' man 'Tim Owens' who quickly featured on 'The Glorious Burden' and the follow-up concept albums of the 'Something Wicked' saga.
