Formed by David Byron and Mike Box in the late 60's and released their first album in 1970, playing their own blend of early 'Progressive Hard Rock'. Held respectably success throughout the early 70's but with major line-up changes in the mid 70's their popularity declined. Disbanded in 80' but made a comeback in 82' with the successful album 'Abominog'. Still regarded as influential to 'Heavy Metal' and 'Hard Rock', and have an enormous back catalogue. Still playing today, despite further numerous line-up changes.
